ABSTRACT

Objective@#To understand the relationships between video time, exercise time and the mental sub-health of Chinese adolescents, and to assist the development of Chinese adolescents’ mental health.@*Methods@#In this study, 16 545 adolescents aged 13-22 years in six administrative regions of China were surveyed using an adolescent sub-health multi-dimensional assessment questionnaire (MSQA), and daily physical exercise time, video screen time and other indicators were recorded. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to understand adolescents’ mental sub-health and the correlation between video time and exercise time.@*Results@#Detection rate of mental sub-health status in adolescents with video time ≤2 h/d was lower than that of adolescents with video time >2 h/d(19.1%,22.1%), and the detection rate of adolescents with exercise time ≤60 min/d(22.1%,17.7%) was higher than that of adolescents with exercise time >60 min/d. These differences were statistically significant (χ2=14.47, 6.97, P<0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of mental sub-health status for Chinese adolescents whose screen time was more than 2 h/d was 1.20 times that of those with screen time ≤2 h/d, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The risk of mental sub-health for students whose exercise time was > 60 min/d was 0.86 times that of students who exercised ≤ 60 min/d, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Screen time >2 h/d and exercise time <60 min/d were negative factors leading to mental sub-health symptoms in Chinese adolescents. It is proposed to jointly promote the healthy adolescent development through health education,as well as positive family and social environment.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the application effect of APP in continuing care of discharged patients with condylar fracture after operation. Methods By convenience sampling, from September 2016 to March 2017 in a ward of oral and maxillofacial surgery and received surgical treatment of condylar fracture patients 81 cases, randomly divided into observation group (41 cases) and control group (40 cases). On the basis of routine health education, the observation group carried out continuous care by APP, while the control group received routine health education. The opening type, opening degree, occlusion relation and temporomandibular joint pain in two groups were compared at 6 months after discharge. Results The results of 6 months, the patients in the observation group were open type, occlusion and TMJ pain were better than the control group, the opening degree of the observation group was (35.51 ± 4.34) mm, control group was (31.28 ± 4.57) mm, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-4.28,P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups of occlusion and temporomandibular joint pain (P>0.05). Conclusions APP can improve the open type, opening and occlusal relation and temporomandibular joint pain in patients with condylar fracture after operation.

ABSTRACT

AIM The purpose is to study the non-isothermal decomposition process and mechanics of vitamin B6. METHOD The TG technique was used to observe between 30~700℃. RESULTS The decomposition of vitamin B6 was performed by two stages. Vitamin B6 loses HCl at the first stage together with losing H2O. The kinetic equation obtained was dα/dt=A*e-E/RT*1/2(1-α)3; activation energy obtained was 325.27 kJ/mol; and preexponential factor A obtained was 7.22×1032/s as well. CONCLUSION Vitamin B6 is rather thermal stable, and it loses HCl together with losing H2O at temperature range of 173℃~271℃.
